The counselling and psychotherapy service is open to all, regardless of race, religious affiliation, mental or physical disability.

There is no upper age limit – however, I do not see people under the age of 16

What to expect in the first appointment

The first session will be an opportunity to discuss the issues you want to talk about, and to ask any questions that you may have about counselling and psychotherapy.

It is not always a long-term commitment - for some people a short course of therapy can prove to be just as useful.

Sessions are usually weekly, for 50 minutes and strict confidentiality is observed.
